Set of 6 Regionalist Art Deco Oak Chairs - France, 1940
Set of six Regionalist Art Deco oak chairs, made in France in the 1940s. Their rectangular backs feature a geometric pattern of concave circles, arranged in pairs across two horizontal panels. An open section separates the pattern from the seat. The straight lines of the frames and legs surround seat pads covered in grey fabric. The chairs are shown with their current upholstery and require reupholstering. Our in-house upholstery workshop can undertake the full restoration and help select fabrics suited to the character of these pieces.
