Set of 6 Neoclassical Art Deco Chairs - France, 1930
This set of six French neoclassical Art Deco chairs from the 1930s elegantly reflects the transition between the refinement of late Art Deco and the restrained classicism of postwar French design. Their balanced proportions and architectural lines convey a discreet and timeless sophistication. Crafted in solid wood, they are distinguished by their elegant tapered legs, open armrests with fluid curves, and subtly sculptural silhouette. Both restrained and refined, these chairs express a timeless decorative language deeply rooted in French craftsmanship and neoclassical harmony. Their understated elegance allows them to integrate naturally into both historic and contemporary interiors. The chairs are presented with their original upholstery; however, new upholstery work is recommended. Our in-house workshop can undertake a complete restoration, offering fabric selections respectful of the period and character of the pieces.
