S28 Chair by Pierre Chapo

Designed by Pierre Chapo circa 1975, this elm chair combines a simple construction with a sculptural presence. The tall backrest, cut from a broad board, narrows at its base and extends naturally from the seat. Four slightly splayed legs emphasize the model’s stability and direct construction.
